Bilt-Hamber Touch-Less PIR & foam-cannon calculator
Calculate bottle product and water amounts from the manufacturer’s plain-water calibration method, within its published 0.5%–2% panel-impact range.
Calibrate with plain water first
- Fill the reservoir with plain water. Use the manufacturer’s full detergent-feed setting.
- Collect the complete discharge until that reservoir empties, then measure its total volume.
- Enter reservoir capacity, measured output and your supported target above. Keep those equipment settings when using the calculated bottle mix.
Example: a 1,000 mL reservoir producing 10,000 mL output needs 100 mL product and 900 mL water for 1% calculated PIR. That is 10% product in the bottle, showing why the two percentages differ.

Why does bottle concentration differ from PIR?
The equipment adds water after drawing from the bottle. The calibration measures all output collected while one plain-water reservoir empties.
Can equipment settings be reused?
Save measured settings on this device, and repeat calibration after changes to equipment, nozzle, pressure or detergent-feed settings. Saved values are not a substitute for a fresh measurement when equipment changes.
