What does MixByParts do?

Calculate volume ratios and ppm dilutions, scale recipes by weight or from one known ingredient, estimate resin quantity and correct coolant concentration. Product calculators use reviewed manufacturer instructions.

Can I mix by weight?

Yes. The advanced mixer and epoxy weight calculator accept a manufacturer-specified weight ratio and a total or known ingredient weight. Density-derived gram outputs in the quick volume calculator are a separate feature; volume and weight ratios are not interchangeable.

Can I start with an amount already measured?

Yes. Use the known-ingredient mixer to start from one component. Product calculators support measured water, product or final mixture where the documented recipe allows it. The fuel/oil tool distinguishes measured petrol from a desired final mixture.

How calculations work

Ratios divide the final batch volume by parts. Optional gram targets are derived from those volumes using the densities you provide. The advanced mixer also supports true weight ratios and known ingredients. PPM mode scales a known source concentration to a requested target.
